About the Program
Tender Treasures Montessori School offers a full-time program which continues to enhance your child’s learning experiences and foundations acquired in our Toddler Program. Casa children are engaged with specifically designed Montessori material to aid their ability to absorb knowledge and continue their self-development. The children in the program are ready to learn many new concepts which includes numbers, size, position, patterning, sequencing, vocabulary, and listening skills which will build foundation for their further development in language and mathematical skills.
There are five areas in the Casa program: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics and Culture.
Our Casa program offers attention for your child with considerably lower child/teacher ratio’s than is currently available in the mainstream school system. Your child’s day is designed to meet their physical, emotional, social and cognitive needs via stimulating Montessori curriculum geared towards the various age groups. Tender Treasures Montessori also promotes the physical and mental well-being of the child by programming various activities such as yoga, breathing exercises and a variety of motor skills such as running, jumping, climbing and dancing throughout the day. All of these skills are presented in a fun-filled way both inside and outside the classroom.
